How to request deletion
You can delete your Mimoup account from the dashboard (account settings) while signed in, or email privacy@mimoup.com from the same address you used to register. Include “data deletion request” in the subject line.
After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify personal account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons (for example unpaid invoices or fraud logs).
Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp
If you connected a Meta product through Social Hub, we store access tokens and Page / account identifiers so Mimoup can send and receive messages on your behalf. When you disconnect a channel or delete your Mimoup account, we revoke and delete those tokens and stop using that Meta data.
You can also remove Mimoup from your Facebook account under Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites. That cuts off new access; email us if you also want Mimoup copies removed.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, workspace membership)
- Connected-channel tokens and IDs
- Inbox threads, posts, and campaign content stored in Mimoup for that account
